NX Open course — questions
What is NX customization, and is it the same as NX Open?
NX customization means making Siemens NX do your repetitive work for you — modelling, drawings, data export — with programs written against NX Open, Siemens' automation API. The course teaches NX Open; that is what NX customization is built with.
Do I need programming experience to learn NX Open?
No. The automation track starts from programming foundations written for CAD engineers; you need NX design basics, which the design courses cover.
Journaling or NX Open with C#: which does the course teach?
The course starts with NX journals — recording, playing back and extending them.
Is the NX course live or recorded?
Both, course by course: Recorded + trainer, Live batch. Recorded courses include trainer support and a 1-on-1 doubt-clearing session. Each course card above says which it is.
How long is the NX Open course?
The NX courses run from 0.5 to 54 hours of training each; recorded courses are self-paced with access to every recording.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Every completed ApiXpert course issues a certificate with its own number and QR code, which anyone can check on the certificate verification page.
What does the NX course cost?
Prices are on each course card above in USD; the NX courses start at $99. EMI is available at checkout where the order qualifies.
Where are the classes held? I am outside Tamil Nadu / outside India.
