What we use and why
Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser. We also count the few things we keep in your browser's local storage, because they work the same way.
Necessary: Sign-in, cart, prices in your currency, your choices here, and which campaign brought you. Always on — the site cannot work without them.
Analytics: Anonymous visit counts that tell us which pages help (our CRM's visit counter, Google Analytics). Off until you allow it.
Marketing: Measures our Instagram / Facebook ads (Meta Pixel). Off until you allow it.
Your choice, and changing it
On your first visit we ask. "Accept all" and "Reject non-essential" are equally easy, and "Choose" lets you pick each category. Until you decide, only necessary cookies are used.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we treat it as "Reject non-essential" unless you choose otherwise.
Your choice is kept for 13 months. Change or withdraw it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page — withdrawing stops the analytics and marketing tools straight away and removes their cookies.
Our CRM
We run our own customer system (CRM). When you allow Analytics, its visit counter gives your browser an anonymous visitor id, so that if you later send an enquiry, book a call or buy a course, we can see which pages and campaign led you to us. Without Analytics no visitor id is set; an enquiry or order you send still reaches the CRM, with the campaign tag you arrived with (utm_*), so we can answer it.
