Getting started
Create an account, pick a course and try before you buy.
How do I create an account?
Register with your name, email and a password, or use Continue with Google on the login screen.
You can also just check out: enter your name and email in the cart and we create the account for you, then email a link to set your password.
I bought a course without an account. How do I log in?
Checkout created your account with the email you entered, and we emailed you a link to set your password. If the link has expired, request a new one with Forgot password.
Which course should I start with?
Filter the catalogue by your CAD software and by type (design, automation, trial). If you are unsure, book a free call and we will suggest a path.
Can I try a course first?
Yes. Trial courses let you try our teaching for a small price before you buy a full course. They are listed under the Trial filter in the catalogue.
Courses & enrolment
Access, the lesson player and your dashboard.
When do I get access after paying?
As soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment. The course then appears in your dashboard. If it has not appeared, open Orders & invoices to see the payment's status.
Where do I watch the lessons?
Open your dashboard and choose the course. The lesson player keeps your progress, so you can continue where you stopped.
What if I add a course I already own?
Checkout will not charge you for it twice: it asks you to remove the course from the cart before you pay.
Who can use the CADGPT assistant?
Enrolled students, from the dashboard. It is in early access and answers from our course material.
Is there a multi-course offer?
Yes: Buy 2, save 10% · Buy 3+, save 15% on eligible courses. The cart applies it automatically and shows the saving as its own line.
Payments & refunds
How you pay, what is added, invoices and refunds.
How can I pay?
Prices in Indian rupees are paid through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets that Razorpay offers). Prices in other currencies are paid by card through Stripe's secure checkout.
Is tax added at checkout?
No. The price shown in your cart is the price you pay; no tax is added at checkout.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices follow your country: you see and pay in your local currency where we support it, and in US dollars elsewhere. The cart always shows the exact amount before you pay.
Where is my invoice?
Every paid order has an invoice in your dashboard under Orders & invoices, ready to print or save as PDF.
My payment failed or is still pending. What now?
Nothing is charged as complete and no course is unlocked until the gateway confirms the payment. You can retry from the checkout result page, or contact us with your order number.
How do refunds work?
Refunds follow our cancellation & refund policy. Email sales@apiXpert.com with your order details to request one.
Certificates
Earning, finding and verifying your certificate.
Do courses come with a certificate?
Certificates are not being issued right now. Courses you complete stay recorded in your dashboard; contact us if you need proof of completion.
Live classes
Joining a session and catching up on recordings.
How do I join a live class?
Open the course in your dashboard. The Join button appears 30 minutes before the start and stays until the session ends; the meeting link is shared only in that window.
I missed a live class. Is there a recording?
When a session is recorded, the recording appears in the course after the session has ended.

Which API does each CAD program use?
SOLIDWORKS: the SOLIDWORKS API (VBA macros, VB.NET, C#). NX: NX Open (VB.NET, C#, C++, Python, Java). CATIA V5: CATIA Automation (VBA/VBScript, and .NET through COM). AutoCAD: ObjectARX (C++), the managed .NET API and AutoLISP.
